replacing charms, gemstones, pearls, crystals or beads

please note:

  • all repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 
  • extensive damage, lost components, or those requiring a full remake may incur additional charges.
  • customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and fro).
  • please use a tracked mailing service and pack your items securely with bubble wrap or other protective materials in a sturdy mailer or box when returning your item.

to request for a repair:

  1. DM @aflairstore on Instagram or email aflairstore@gmail.com with clear photo(s) of the damage. 
  2. once we confirm that your piece can be repaired, mail it to us within 10 days and send us the tracking number. 
  3. we'll repair and ship your piece back within 14 days of receiving it. 

you can also drop off your piece at any of our events. just DM us beforehand to let us know you're coming for us to prepare the materials.
