all aflair pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted. each piece is made to be worn, loved, and lived in.
our pieces come with complimentary repairs within 1 year of purchase.
please note:
- complimentary repairs are limited to minor repairs. pieces with extensive damage, or those requiring a full remake may incur additional charges.
- we'll do our best to restore your piece to its original design. however, if certain materials are no longer available, there may be slight design changes.
- customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and fro). please use a tracked mailing service.
to request a repair:
- DM @aflairstore with clear photo(s) of the damages
- once we've confirmed that the piece can be repaired, mail it out and send us the tracking number
- we'll repair and ship it out within 14 days of receiving it
alternatively, you can drop off your piece at any of our events ⎻ just send us a DM beforehand to let us know you're coming.
